This clean and brightly lit parking facility is located on the west side of Kennedy Street between St Mary Avenue and York Avenue; just a short walk away from the Winnipeg Convention Centre.

There are a variety of restaurants, hotels, professional services, shopping destinations and easy access to transit available nearby.

The stairwell to building at 444 St. Mary is locked as of 6pm but the other stairwell is available according to building management. It is locked on the main ground to keep people from loitering in the stairwell. It is accessible by the second floor. It is not locked from the roof, we have been told.
