P2 - P3 - P4 are color coded and labeled "hotel", "shops" and "tower" , these signs just indicate areas of the parkade and Monthly parkers as well as Hourly/daily parkers CAN park in all 3 of these areas.

This well lit parking facility is located under the Waterfront Centre on the east side of Burrard Street between Canada Place and West Cordova Street.

The lot is located within easy walking distance of the Vancouver Convention Centre, Sinclair Centre, Canada Place, Harbour Centre and Gastown with convenient access to transit at the Waterfront Station.

There is a car wash available on P1 and a wide variety of restaurants, hospitality services and shopping destinations nearby.

The site hosts Tesla's first SuperCharger site in Vancouver, with eight charging stations located on P3 level, pay parking in effect while charging. Also there are four Flo Car Charging Stations located on P2 level, pay parking in effect while charging.

The facility is regularly patrolled by in-house security and offers a clean and safe environment while parking downtown.

A parking host is on duty from 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday.
