This well‑lit underground parking facility is located beneath Waterfront Centre on the east side of Burrard Street, between Canada Place and West Cordova Street. The parkade is within easy walking distance of the Vancouver Convention Centre, Sinclair Centre, Canada Place, Harbour Centre, and Gastown, with excellent transit access at Waterfront Station.

Parking levels P2, P3, and P4 are colour‑coded and labelled “Hotel,” “Shops,” and “Tower.” These labels indicate parkade zones only—both monthly and hourly/daily parkers may park in any of these areas.

The facility features a car wash on Level P1, is regularly patrolled by in‑house security, and offers a clean and safe downtown parking environment. A parking host is on site Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
